Ferguson Jones Consulting was formed by its directors Emma Piper and Sarah Jones in December 1998 to provide the highest quality recruitment to recruitment service.

Traditional face to face candidate interviews are implemented to ascertain suitability. Comprehensive pre and post job interview briefings are just an example of the high level of service which is keeping Ferguson Jones Consulting ahead of its competitors.

All new clients are visited personally to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and working environment. This is seen as essential in assisting the Ferguson Jones consultants in their candidate selection process.

All sectors of recruitment are covered including accountancy, legal, IT, telecommunications and sales and marketing along with a separate division aimed predominately at commercial and industrial recruitment companies.

Sarah Jones has a background in financial services. Having spent 13 years dealing with corporate clients, developing and expanding accounts, she decided to change industries and established Ferguson Jones Consulting with her co-director Emma Piper. Emma Piper started her recruitment career with Alfred Marks (now Adecco) in 1994. She has been recruiting recruiters since 1997 and established Ferguson Jones Consulting in December 1998. She now specialises in recruiting from resourcers to MD level within the IT and telecommunications recruitment sectors. Email emma@fjc.co.uk
